2009: Foundation of Profialis

Since several years , the companies PLASTIVAL, PROFEX and WYMAR have been part of the industrial group  TESSENDERLO GROUP.
 
Tessenderlo Group is an international chemicals company with over 100 locations worldwide. More than 8,000 people work for the group. The group is a world and European leader in most of its product areas. Tessenderlo Chemie NV is listed on Eurolist by Euronext Brussels and is part of Next 150 and BEL Mid indices.(www.tessenderlogroup.com)

In order to optimize our internal resources and to be able to put more focus on our permanent investment needs and innovation  , we decided to group the activities of these three plants under the umbrella of a new Business Unit named PROFIALIS .

As a member of the Business Group Converting of Tessenderlo Group, and active in Continental  Europe, it is our MISSION:
• To offer PVC profile systems, it's related products and value-added services, in the building industry, supporting the competitive advantage of our customers;
• To create shareholder value assuring continuity and future growth;
• To act respectfully towards our employees and with care for the environment.

Taken into account the competitive environment, the recent evolution of our business environment, our assets, our HR potential and our financial assets, these are our OBJECTIVES :
• To become a regional, mid-sized reference supplier focused on France and the BeNeLux
• To maintain and develop existing customer portfolio, gain additional market share, by offering a competitive package: product range, quality, service level, satisfying our customers
• To involve our employees in the realization of our objectives

Our products will be easy to manufacture and to use. We will provide adapted color ranges ( foiled and/or Color-line painted) as well as a vast service concept.
